PerPetum and SOCOFE have joined forces to inject new capital into Green for Power, targeting a 500 MWp pipeline across Belgium and neighbouring countries.

## A strategic partnership for multi-energy growth

This capital injection marks a pivotal moment in PerPetum's journey. By partnering with SOCOFE, a leading Walloon investment company, Green for Power is positioned to accelerate its renewable energy development across the Benelux region.

## 500 MWp pipeline

The reinforced financial structure will support the development of a diversified portfolio spanning solar PV, battery storage, and power-to-heat solutions — preparing the group for the next phase of the energy transition.

## Group structure optimisation

As part of this operation, Green for Power has reorganised its corporate structure to improve operational efficiency and attract future investment partners. This positions the company to tackle both today's and tomorrow's energy challenges with greater agility.
