SOCOFE and Green4Power (G4P), the investment vehicle of PerPetum Energy, have entered into a new public-private partnership. G4P currently operates a portfolio of more than 80 MWp of photovoltaic installations, around 60% of which are located in Wallonia. The partnership aims to accelerate the deployment of renewable energy generation technologies and reflects SOCOFE's commitment to support the growth of a strategic vehicle in the renewable energy sector.
Green4Power is now 70% owned by PerPetum Energy Holding and 30% by SOCOFE.
Already the owner of the largest photovoltaic park in Wallonia (Pairi Daiza, Brugelette) and the second-largest photovoltaic installation in Belgium (Aperam, Genk), G4P's ambition is to deploy, by the end of 2026, 500 MWp of renewable energy generation assets (photovoltaic, wind, etc., together with storage units to facilitate the integration of renewables into the grid).
