Jij verzorgt de administratie binnen het Service Departement, met als doel je collega’s zo goed mogelijk te ondersteunen én te voldoen aan de verwachtingen van de klant.

Meer specifiek:

• Je helpt de klant en ondersteunt onze buitendienst door het beheren van onze service hotline en het aanmaken van tickets. Dit kan gaan om het behandelen van klachten of het organiseren van (preventief) onderhoud;
• Je borgt alle informatie en documentatie van de afdeling in onze ERP-software;
• Je volgt het monitoringsysteem van onze alarmen op en neemt de nodige acties met behulp van een draaiboek;
• Je zorgt voor de juiste facturatie en een correcte rapportering;
• Je ondersteunt het team met nog andere administratieve taken: notuleren bij vergaderingen en agendabeheer, ondersteunen team events en projecten, opvolgen beheer materiaal,…;
• Je plant al je taken zelf en je beheert je eigen deadlines.

Jouw vaardigheden, opleiding en competenties

• Je beschikt over minimum een diploma secundair onderwijs;
• Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring in een ondersteunende rol in een technische omgeving of je bent een sterke administrator met interesse in techniek;
• Je bent een kei in het organiseren en je verzorgt je administratie tot in de puntjes;
• Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, het Engels en het Frans, gesproken en geschreven;
• Je bent uitermate klantgericht en je rust niet tot je de beste oplossing voor alle partijen hebt gevonden;

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Jij zorgt voor technische ondersteuning van alle installaties onder contract en ad hoc service interventies. Op deze manier kunnen we te allen tijde een goede werking van de (PV)-installatie aanbieden aan onze klant en problemen kordaat en efficiënt oplossen.

Meer specifiek:

• Je voert (preventief) onderhoud uit volgens het onderhoudscontract;
• Je voert service interventies uit nav alarmen en afwijkingen, bij complexe problemen overleg je met de Service Specialist, Project Manager of Project Engineer;
• Je logt al je acties volgens de contractuele afspraken in de daartoe voorziene systemen;
• Je zorgt dat voertuig, materiaal en bedrijfseigendommen altijd volledig zijn, onder toezicht en voldoen aan alle QHSE-standaarden en policy's;
• Je werkt altijd volgens de QHSE-standaarden en indien nodig overleg je met de Service Specialist of QHSE-verantwoordelijke; je doet verbetervoorstellen waar mogelijk.

Jouw vaardigheden, opleiding en competenties

• Je beschikt over een diploma secundair onderwijs of een bachelor in een technische richting, bij voorkeur elektriciteit, elektronica of elektromechanica;
• Je hebt minimum 1 jaar ervaring met het onderhoud van PV-installaties;
• Je hebt ervaring met het installeren van omvormers en het werken met verschillende grond- en dakreksystemen;
• Je bent in staat om op hoogten te werken, zware objecten te tillen en lang te staan;
• Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, idealiter spreek je ook een woordje Frans en/of Engels;
• Je werkt vlot met het MS-Office pakket (vooral met Excel) en jobgerelateerde software;
• Volgende certificaties zijn een absoluut pluspunt: VCA (VOL), BA4/BA5, Vorkheftruck, Hoogtewerker.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Als Regional Service Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor verschillende pv-installaties binnen een bepaalde regio. Samen met het service team zorg je voor de goede werking van de installaties, het behalen van de productiegaranties en het streven naar een hoge klantentevredenheid. De Regional Service Specialist is het technisch brein dat zijn installaties dagelijks opvolgt en door middel van grondige analyse zijn techniekers correcte instructies geeft om alle mogelijke problemen op te lossen.

Meer specifiek:

• Beheer van het onderhoud en de reparaties aan hernieuwbare installaties en hun infrastructuur met als doel het behalen van de hoogste klanttevredenheid;
• Coördineren en plannen van alle service-activiteiten en interventies met oog voor kostefficiëntie en inachtneming van de QHSE-maatregelen. Zorgen voor transparante verslagen en rapportering hieromtrent;
• Communicatie en afstemming met alle betrokken partijen, inclusief het informeren/voorbereiden van de techniekers en de contacten met onderaannemers;
• Remote telefonisch support bieden waar nodig, dit zowel aan techniekers, projectleider en eindklanten;
• Uitvoeren van interventies die te complex zijn voor de Service Techniekers;
• Coachen van en technische opleiding geven aan de Service Techniekers;
Opstellen draaiboek (werkinstructies) voor algemene klachten en root cause analyse van complexere problemen.

Jouw vaardigheden, opleiding en competenties

• Je beschikt over een diploma bachelor of master in een technische richting, bij voorkeur elektriciteit, elektronica of elektromechanica; ervaring met PV-installaties is een plus;
• Je bent een kei in het plannen en organiseren en gaat hierbij proactief te werk;
• Je hebt ervaring of interesse in het geven van technische opleidingen;
• Je bent nauwgezet in het bijhouden van alle administratie, op papier en elektronisch;
• Je communiceert vlot met alle partijen, gesproken en geschreven;
• Je bent uitermate klantgericht en je rust niet tot je de beste oplossing voor alle partijen hebt gevonden;
• Je beheerst zeer goed het Nederlands en je spreekt ook een aardig woordje Frans en/of Engels;
• Je werkt vlot met het MS-Office pakket (vooral met Excel) en job gerelateerde software (ERP-systemen);
• Je hebt een 5-tal jaren ervaring in een service of O&M gerelateerde rol.

Your key responsibilities

You lead and manage Perpetum’s supply of products and services. You strategise to find the most cost-effective deals and suppliers, so the company can continue to invest in growth and people.

More specifically:

• You ensure that the business purchases the goods and services that will best help them achieve their goals;
• You manage the company’s entire supply portfolio and implement category management strategies;
• You collaborate with all departments to ensure clarity of the expectations of the company; you act as point of contact between the company and the external vendors;

Your skills, qualifications and competencies

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration;
• You boast at least 5 years of work experience as a procurement manager, ideally in the renewable energy sector or in industrial electricity;
• You have a certain knowledge of electricity, AC with Medium or High voltage;
• You have knowledge of contract law and contract administration;
• You are an absolute ambassador in Corporate Social Responsibility, including Environmental Social Governance;
• You communicate well with all stakeholders, verbally and written; you are able to produce clear documents;
• You have outspoken negotiation skills and you build strong networks;
• You show initiative and problem-solving skills;
• You are able to effectively plan, organise and implement;

Your responsibilities

• You are an important sparring partner for our line management, as well as the point of contact within the HR domain for our people; you take part in the Management Committee;
• You manage the entire personnel process from A to Z (onboarding, career development, offboarding etc.);
• You take responsibility for the recruitment and selection process, in-house and in collaboration with external partners;

Your competencies and experience

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or another relevant field;
• You are an HR Generalist with 5-10 years of experience, with a good practical knowledge of all HR domains: payroll and social law, recruitment & selection, performance cycle, training and talent management, employee engagement, employer branding, processes and procedures, …;
• You have experience in working with technical profiles and support functions;
• You preferably have experience with audits and certification systems (ISO, VCA, ...);
• You have a good command of languages: Dutch, French and English, both spoken and written;
