Het project levert grootschalige hernieuwbare elektriciteit voor het nabijgelegen INEOS Inovyn chemische productiesite via een speciale hoogspanningsverbinding. PerPetum heeft het project van begin tot eind geleverd, inclusief ontwikkeling, investering, bouw en langetermijn exploitatie. ### Projectoverzicht HELIOS is een van de grootste zonne-installaties die direct verbonden is met een industrieel productiesite in België. Met 60 MWp geïnstalleerd fotovoltaïsch vermogen produceert de installatie jaarlijks ongeveer 54 GWh hernieuwbare elektriciteit. Het zonnepark is verbonden met de INEOS Inovyn productiefaciliteiten via een speciale hoogspanningslijn, waardoor grootschalige hernieuwbare elektriciteitsvoorziening mogelijk wordt voor een energie-intensief industrieel proces. Het project toont aan hoe grootschalige zonne-opwekking kan worden geïntegreerd in industriële energiesystemen via speciale infrastructuur en langetermijn energievoorzieningsstrategieën. ### De Uitdaging Een grootschalige zonne-installatie leveren die direct verbonden is met een industrieel productiesite, met coördinatie van: - Netaansluitingsinfrastructuur - Vergunningen en afstemming met belanghebbenden - Bouw en inbedrijfstelling binnen strikte projecttijdlijnen ### Onze Oplossing Een grondgebonden fotovoltaïsche installatie van 60 MWp verbonden met de INEOS Inovyn productiesite via een 70 kV hoogspanningslijn over ongeveer 1,6 km. Het project werd geleverd onder een Design | Build | Operate | Invest model met garanties op stroomlevering, prestatie en inbedrijfstellingsplanning. De installatie biedt langetermijn hernieuwbare elektriciteitsvoorziening geïntegreerd met de energiestrategie van de industriële site. - Grondgebonden fotovoltaïsche installatie van 60 MWp - Speciale 70kV hoogspanningsverbinding (1,6 km) naar de industriële site - Grootschalige zonne-energie geïntegreerd met industriële elektriciteitsvraag - Langetermijn assetexploitatie en prestatiebeheer - Volledig levenscyclusbeheer: ontwikkeling, investering, EPC en O&M Geleverd door PerPetum als een volledig geïntegreerd ontwikkelings-, investerings-, EPC- en O&M-engagement. ### Projecthoogtepunten 60 MWp Totaal geïnstalleerd vermogen 72 GWh Jaarlijkse schone energieproductie 32.000 t CO₂ vermeden per jaar ### Resultaten en impact HELIOS produceert jaarlijks ongeveer 54.000 MWh hernieuwbare elektriciteit en voorziet de INEOS Inovyn productiesite in Jemeppe-sur-Sambre van hernieuwbare stroom. Via een speciale hoogspanningsverbinding integreert de installatie grootschalige zonne-opwekking direct in het energiesysteem van een energie-intensieve industriële faciliteit. Het project draagt bij aan de langetermijn voorziening van hernieuwbare elektriciteit voor industriële activiteiten.
