Your key responsibilities

You lead and coordinate all construction activities required for the completion of complex and innovative renewable energy power plants (PV, batteries, E-mobility, etc.).

More specifically:

  • You contract and manage external consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve the project scope within schedule and budget;
  • You collaborate with our financial department in terms of budget and our legal department in terms of contract and execution;
  • You are fully responsible for the cost follow-up and optimization within the project scope;
  • You manage vendor orders, quotes, invoices and logistics with support of the corporate procurement department;
  • You are confident of briefing and coordinating all activities on assigned contracts;
  • You ensure compliance with environmental, quality and safety requirements at all times;
  • You effectively manage multiple sites with the respective Site Managers;
  • You visit construction sites and prepare appropriate reporting, from kick-off through punch list completion, to ensure quality of building construction, identifying outstanding issues and ensuring appropriate follow-up;
  • You report directly to the Operations Director.

Your skills, qualifications and competencies

  • You obtained a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field;
  • You rely on at least ten years of related experience in project management, planning, budgeting and Quality reporting, in a managerial role in an industrial sector;
  • You demonstrate leadership, drive results, solve problems, and have interpersonal skills;
  • You read and understand electrical designs from specifications and surveys;
  • You follow QHSE and ISO requirements;
  • You have the desire to build an innovative Solar PV business;
  • You are willing to travel (domestic and international);
  • You are fully VCA-VOL certified.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Development Engineer you will help build the market position of PerPetum by creating the overall technical and commercial feasibility of the multi-technology projects to develop, with the ultimate goal to establish a prospect/opportunity towards a feasible “Good to Develop” status.

More specifically:

  • You are part of the Business development team and you report to the Development Director;
  • You work within a highly competent team in a motivating collaborative spirit and you are supported by an internal engineering and financial department;
  • You work directly with all the project developers on a variety of prospects and client needs and coordinate all technical, commercial and feasibility aspects;
  • You provide leadership to the team throughout the project (from scratch to financial close);
  • You provide recommendations and roadmaps for proposed solutions in the commercial/negotiating phase, resulting in high quality technical proposals;
  • You take care of follow-up and screening of the feasibility for multi-technology projects: land zoning, biodiversity, site surveys, geo-technical tests, indicative scoping and costing, grid scoping and costing, drone topography, …;
  • You establish all permitting and conduct a financial viability check together with the Project Finance Specialist;
  • You further maintain strong and respectful relationships with external stakeholders;
  • You manage the departmental knowledge center;
  • The geographical scope is Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France, and business travelling is part of the job, on an occasional basis.

Your Skills, Qualifications and Competencies

  • You obtained a Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field;
  • You can rely on minimum 5 years of experience working in a conceptual/engineering/design role with a wide range of multi-technology (Electrical, HVAC, Renewables) expertise;
  • You have a strong commitment to work in a team context, along with different external stakeholders;
  • Also strong project management skills and experience with budgeting and cost analysis are a must-have;
  • You have a strong ability or experience to work within the public sector (permits, subsidies, deliverables);
  • You communicate efficiently in several languages (Dutch-English or French-English).

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Grid Engineer, you are part of the Technology Department. In the team, you are responsible for identifying optimum grid connection solutions, securing grid connection agreements and assisting in managing the associated financial liabilities.

More specifically:

  • You carry out grid connection feasibility studies related to our new prospects and projects;
  • You identify optimum grid connection solutions taking all operational and financial aspects into account;
  • You secure grid connection agreements in line with the project strategy and the DNO/TSO requirements;
  • You negotiate grid technical requirements and prepare administrative and contractual documentation;
  • You deliver grid compliance to enable timely delivery of the project;
  • You follow external third parties studies (e.g. RfG study, Harmonic distortion study, etc.);
  • You support the procurement Department to validate the MV and LV equipment specification within the project scope and boundaries (quality, budget and planning);
  • You provide overall support to the Technology Department during the design phase for Grid connection;
  • You provide overall support to the Construction Department during the construction phase for Grid connection.

Your Skills, Qualifications and Competencies

  • You obtained a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field;
  • You have 3-5 years of experience in the renewable energy or industrial electricity sector;
  • You have medium voltage Electrical knowledge;
  • Knowledge of grid technical connection requirements are a must have;
  • Mathematical skills & CAD software skills are further requirements.

Your key responsibilities

Perpetum Energy targets to develop its activities in Benelux and France, by proposing EPC services for large photovoltaic projects (1 to 50 M EUR per project). Perpetum Energy is looking for the right candidate to create and oversee bids – detailed, costed, persuasive proposals – to win deals. The main purpose is to ensure that bids are ethical, compliant with requirements, optimized and successful.

More specifically:

  • You manage the end-to-end bid process in different regions (whether or not in response to an RFP);
  • You manage inputs from key internal stakeholders, engaging with Sales/Development, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Legal etc;
  • You write and execute plans to implement a winning strategy;
  • From the customer RFQ, you are able to identify, understand and summarize the requirements, the guidelines and the awarding criteria;
  • You are able to challenge existing solutions/suppliers and find alternatives;
  • You understand and resolve complex technical, contractual and business issues in collaboration with the other departments;
  • You prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid;
  • You write and coordinate the content and presentation of the proposal;
  • You ensure on-time submission of compliant and commercially sound bids;
  • You drive continuous improvement through post-bid reviews, both internally and with customers;
  • You work from our office in the Ghent area and you report on a weekly basis to the Sales Director.

Your skills, qualifications and competencies

  • You hold minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sales with a strong technical background or an Engineering degree with strong sales skills;
  • You are fluent in English and French or Dutch (ideally English, French and Dutch), both spoken and written;
  • You communicate well with all stakeholders and show strong influencing skills, you build relationships on all levels;
  • You are excellent at planning and organizing (taking budget and time constraints into account);

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Als Monitoring Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten, het opvolgen en het onderhouden van monitoring-oplossingen voor onze PV-installaties. Dagelijks controleer je de portalen van de verschillende omvormerleveranciers en ons eigen overkoepelend portaal. Op die manier zorg je mee voor een optimale werking en rendement van een 300-tal zonne-installaties verspreid over Benelux en Frankrijk. Op basis van de verzamelde info neem je contact op met de eindklant om samen het probleem op te lossen of plan je indien nodig een service-interventie van onze eigen techniekers in. Je verzorgt de planning van onze field technicians en ondersteunt ze technisch en administratief bij hun interventies on site. Lukt dat niet meteen? Dan ga je binnen de organisatie op onderzoek uit. Je volgt de interventies op van begin tot eind en neemt de communicatie met de eindklant voor je rekening.

Meer specifiek:

  • Je plant en communiceert aankomende interventies;
  • Je screent PV-installaties door gebruik van verschillende portalen;
  • Je verwerkt de administratie betreffende de interventies in ons CRM-systeem;
  • Je communiceert met klanten en Field service techniekers;
  • Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor onderaannemers en klanten.

Jouw vaardigheden, opleiding en competenties

  • Je beschikt over een diploma secundair onderwijs of een bachelor in een technische richting, bij voorkeur elektriciteit, elektronica of elektromechanica; ervaring met PV-installaties een plus;
  • Je bent een kei in het plannen en organiseren en gaat hierbij proactief te werk;
  • Je bent in staat om snel situaties en problemen te analyseren;
  • Je bent nauwgezet in het bijhouden van alle administratie, op papier en elektronisch;
  • Je communiceert vlot met alle partijen, gesproken en geschreven;
  • Je bent uitermate klantgericht en je rust niet tot je de beste oplossing voor alle partijen hebt gevonden;

  • You perform sensitivity analyses on energy yield modelling for utility scale solar and storage plants;

  • You support the Sales team in preparing and presenting technical material;
  • You manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously;
  • You ensure compliance with company, industry, trade & safety standards.

Your skills, qualifications and competencies

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or a related field;
  • You boast 3-5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector or industrial electricity;
  • You have knowledge of Electrical AC: SLD, LV Board, Cable calculation;
  • You are an analytical thinker and you like out of the box solutions;
  • You work with CAD software and PV plugins;
  • You communicate well with all stakeholders;
  • You show initiative and problem solving skills;
  • You are flexible and a reliable team member;
  • Your mother tongue is Dutch or French and you speak fluent English.

Jij verzorgt de administratie binnen het Service Departement, met als doel je collega’s zo goed mogelijk te ondersteunen én te voldoen aan de verwachtingen van de klant.

  • Je helpt de klant en ondersteunt onze buitendienst door het beheren van onze service hotline en het aanmaken van tickets. Dit kan gaan om het behandelen van klachten of het organiseren van (preventief) onderhoud;
  • Je borgt alle informatie en documentatie van de afdeling in onze ERP-software;
  • Je volgt het monitoringsysteem van onze alarmen op en neemt de nodige acties met behulp van een draaiboek;

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Jij zorgt voor technische ondersteuning van alle installaties onder contract en ad hoc service interventies. Op deze manier kunnen we te allen tijde een goede werking van de (PV)-installatie aanbieden aan onze klant en problemen kordaat en efficiënt oplossen.

Meer specifiek:

  • Je voert (preventief) onderhoud uit volgens het onderhoudscontract;
  • Je voert service interventies uit nav alarmen en afwijkingen, bij complexe problemen overleg je met de Service Specialist, Project Manager of Project Engineer;
  • Je logt al je acties volgens de contractuele afspraken in de daartoe voorziene systemen;
  • Je zorgt dat voertuig, materiaal en bedrijfseigendommen altijd volledig zijn, onder toezicht en voldoen aan alle QHSE-standaarden en policy's;
  • Je werkt altijd volgens de QHSE-standaarden en indien nodig overleg je met de Service Specialist of QHSE-verantwoordelijke; je doet verbetervoorstellen waar mogelijk.

Jouw vaardigheden, opleiding en competenties

  • Je beschikt over een diploma secundair onderwijs of een bachelor in een technische richting, bij voorkeur elektriciteit, elektronica of elektromechanica;
  • Je hebt minimum 1 jaar ervaring met het onderhoud van PV-installaties;
  • Je hebt ervaring met het installeren van omvormers en het werken met verschillende grond- en dakreksystemen;
  • Je bent in staat om op hoogten te werken, zware objecten te tillen en lang te staan;
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, idealiter spreek je ook een woordje Frans en/of Engels;
  • Je werkt vlot met het MS-Office pakket (vooral met Excel) en jobgerelateerde software;
  • Volgende certificaties zijn een absoluut pluspunt: VCA (VOL), BA4/BA5, Vorkheftruck, Hoogtewerker.

Your skills, qualifications and competencies

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration;
  • You boast 3-5 years of work experience as a procurement manager, ideally in the renewable energy sector or in industrial electricity;
  • You have knowledge of contract law and contract administration;
  • You communicate well with all stakeholders, verbally and written; you are able to produce clear documents;
  • You have outspoken negotiation skills and you build strong networks;
  • You show initiative and problem-solving skills;
  • You are able to effectively plan, organise and implement;
  • You develop a vision and innovative ideas to achieve our procurement goals;
  • Your mother tongue is Dutch and you speak fluent English; French is a plus.
